AktivBo - Privacy Policy

GDPR-compliant and of course servers within the EU. We are experts in ensuring your data and IT security.

This privacy policy explains how AktivBo handles your personal information and your data. Your trust is important to us. Therefore, we want to present our policy with clear and straightforward language instead of using complicated legal terms. The privacy policy applies to all products, services and websites that AktivBo Group AB, AktivBo AB and AktivBo GmbH offer. These products, services and web pages are referred to as the “Services” in this policy. Unless otherwise stated, our services are provided by AktivBo AB's operations in Sweden.

Anonymity

Whether you are anonymous or not depends on the type of survey you are participating in. If you as a respondent are anonymous, this is stated in the cover letter accompanying the survey. AktivBo is responsible for all the data needed to manage sendings and reminders according to GDPR. Each survey has a unique survey code that is used to link the survey to a particular respondent/tenant. The unique code also means that AktivBo can avoid sending out reminders to respondents/tenants who have already answered.

We do not sell your answers on to third parties

AktivBo does not sell or share survey responses with third-party advertisers or marketing companies. AktivBo only handles your data on behalf of the person/s who created the survey, and it is these clients who control the handling of your data, with the exception of public surveys, which is explained in more detail later in this policy.
