What is your average response rate?
AktivBo offers the industry’s highest answering percentage. The percentage varies depending on market, the use of channels, and segment. For certain markets we also offer an answering percentage guarantee! – Ask your AktivBo sales representative about your market of interest.

What response scales and indexes do you offer?
AktivBo offers several different survey types, response scales, indices and key performance indicators, depending on your market needs. For ex we offer: CSC (Serviceindex), CSAT, NPS, TSM to a name a few.

How do you handle GDPR / Data protection? (EU/EEA clients)
We always act as a GDPR data processor on behalf of our customers. All data is stored on servers in Sweden by our ISO 27001 certified hosting partner or with trusted European sub processors who host within the EU/EEA. This ensures your information is handled securely and in full compliance with GDPR.”

How do you base your pricing?
The pricing is per apartment / per unit or per asset based and is calculated on the total company / portfolio amount.

Why do you sell your services on subscription?
Because in this way we can ensure that you get continuous access to platform and valuable tenant data and will enjoy continuous platform improvement. But more importantly, tenant satisfaction is not a project, and we know that a “one-time-survey” will not be adequate for you to work properly with tenant satisfaction. As for all important KPIs, improvements need to be followed up and measured continuously. We recommend data driven decision making!

Is it possible to do a pilot before we go out to all of our tenants?
Yes, it is possible, talk to an AktivBo Sales representative.

Is it not possible to buy a “one-off” – that is without subscription and just a one-time survey?
Yes, it is possible. However, our most attractive pricing and costs are on subscription.

What is the minimum contract length?
Minimum contract length is 12 months with automatic renewal if not cancelled (3 month prior). Discounts are included for 24- and 36-months minimum contract lengths.

If I buy the starter package, can I buy services separately from other packages?
Some additional services can be purchased independently of the chosen plan. However, others require that specific plan. Please talk to an AktivBo Sales representative to discuss you needs.
