AktivBo - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AktivBo manages your personal information and your data. Your trust is important to us. This is why we present our Privacy Policy using clear and straightforward language instead of using complex legal terms. The Privacy Policy applies to all products, services and websites that form part of the offerings from AktivBo Group AB, AktivBo AB and AktivBo GmbH. These products, services and websites are collectively referred to as “the services” in this policy. Unless stated otherwise, our services are provided through the activities of AktivBo AB in Sweden.

Anonymity

Whether you are anonymous or not depends on which kind of survey you are participating in. You will be informed if you as a respondent are anonymous in the cover letters that follows with the survey. AktivBo is responsible for all the information needed to handle mailings and reminders according to GDPR. Each survey has a unique survey code, used to link the survey to a specific respondent/tenant. The unique code is also used to avoid sending reminders to respondents/tenants who have already responded.

We will not sell your answers to third parties

AktivBo does not sell or share survey responses with third-party advertisers or marketing companies. AktivBo only manages your information on behalf of the client(s) who have created the survey and it is these clients who are in control of managing your data. The exception to this is public surveys, which is explained in more detail later in this policy.

Unsubscribe from email

If you no longer want to receive email from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the email message.

Data storage

Our servers are in Sweden, so we will store and manage your personal data in Sweden. Your personal data may also be managed, transferred or shared to countries in which AktivBo has subsidiaries and offices, as well as to countries in which our service providers have operations or offer services.

Photo and video recording during external gatherings

During events and external gatherings arranged by us, we reserve the right to photograph, as well as record audio and moving content that may be used for commercial purposes, such as social media or e-mails. First and last name, position and company affiliation may also be communicated in participant lists to other participants at the relevant meeting. Of course, this is always done in a way that protects the individual's privacy. If you have any comments regarding this, please contact us before participating in the physical gathering.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change the content of the Privacy Policy at any time but if we do, we will notify you on this website. If we believe that the changes made to the content are important, we will notify you in an appropriate manner via email or other channels. If you continue to use our services after we have informed you of the changes and after the changes come into effect, you will be regarded as having accepted the changes to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy or the terms of any updated version of the Privacy Policy, you may terminate your account (if you have an account) at any time or choose not to respond to a survey.
